Students are using electronic devices, especially portables ones, with more prevelance than ever before. Using cell phones to text questions to students, and then have them respond, record video or voice for projects, or relatively simple operations like calculating numbers. Facebook pages centered around classroom activities would create interest in the subject matter and take advantage of an electronic media familiar to students.
